LOA!!!

L......O......A! Three little letters with one BIG implication. Those three little letters stand for Letter Of Acceptance and that is just what we received from China today, which means we are one step closer to bringing Emersyn Dong Yi home. It means they have reviewed our dossier (paperwork) and our Letter of Intent for Dong Yi and have basically accepted our petition to adopt her. Soooooo, now we send that, along with some other paperwork to some other places and get some other approvals, etc. and then send all of that back to China and wait for travel approval. Let's just say we are doing a little jig at the Frantz home today! Add that to the fact that it was almost 70 degrees today, and I am one happy girl. God is good!
